Austin believes economics is the critical piece in building top-end strength, sports performance, and improving body composition. His training philosophy is to not spend more than you have to give. Training within your means is building momentum to reach your desired performance level. He currently works in-person with one-on-one personal training clients and group classes as well as remotely with strength athletes and those looking to improve body composition with virtual coaching & programming.
