  • Training on your own time means asking questions when you have them, not later.

  • All athletes receive their training through TrainHeroic, which seamless provides your training, notes, and so much more.

  • YouTube can be a scary place. Thankfully, your workouts will be accompanied by real videos that help you when you need it.

  • Competitive athletes will have Aus Blake Coaching on-site the day of your meets.

  • Whatever your goals. Whatever your training style. Wherever you are. Every week your training will adapt to you.
